1. Unlock Fee / Subscription Fee

All unlock fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once the user gains access to model details. Payments made for unlocking profiles are service-based and do not guarantee hiring or job confirmation.

2. Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged twice for the same transaction, the additional amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days after verification.
